Great Meeting Last Night!

Over 50 Eckhart Tolle fans joined together to Practice the Art of Presence last night. There was great levity and laughter throughout the evening. The reading for the night was the story called, "Can You Hear the Mountain Stream." People shared there own Zen moments, we also discussed how ego interferes with our direct experience of the present moment. Surely this was a beautiful evening. Thank you to everyone who attended for the light you brought! Looking forward to seeing you all again next month!

Who is Adam Seward?

After a profound spiritual awakening experience in the year 2000, Adam has been on a dedicated path of spiritual growth and compassionate service. His message is simple and direct, there is a way out of suffering and into peace.

In 2010 Adam decided to write his first book, Embracing Silence, Awakening to Your True Nature. It took four months to complete, and at the end of the fourth month, Adam received a phone call stating that his home had burned down and literally everything he owned had been destroyed. Needless to say, this was quite ironic given the fact that he had just finished a book that had everything to do with letting go, and non attachment!
